Asa D. Morton, MD

Complexions RX Medical Director and Co-Owner

Asa Morton, MD, is a top-ranked oculofacial plastic surgeon with advanced training in ophthalmology and plastic surgery, offering facial rejuvenation services to patients at his offices in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego and Escondido, California. Dr. Morton brings his extensive training and experience in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery to Eye Care of San Diego, treating conditions that may alter the appearance around the eyes, as well as physical changes that may affect vision. Oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery is unique compared to other cosmetic surgeries, as Dr. Morton has extensive knowledge and experience in ophthalmology, which further provides peace of mind for patients, knowing that their vision will always be protected during an eyelid or facial procedure. Dr. Morton provides treatment for facial trauma, eyelid cancer, and thyroid eye disease, as well as Botox, neck lifts, and chemical peels.

Dr. Morton grew up in San Diego and completed his undergraduate studies at Revelle College, University of California, San Diego. Before pursuing a career in medicine, he fulfilled his dream of flying carrier-based fighter jets and served as a Navy pilot for five years. Following this tour of duty, he was selected for the highly competitive University of Michigan program, where he spent two years studying and operating with innovators in the field of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the eyelids, forehead, face, orbits, and lacrimal system.
