Eliminating Skin Tags

Skin tags are small, benign growths that usually appear on the chest, neck, groin, or underarms. Although harmless, they can be caught on clothes or jewelry and look unappealing. As a full-scale medical aesthetics clinic, Complexions RX also provides solutions for skin tag removal. We use the Hyfrecator device to vaporize the skin tag and give you clear, smooth skin again.

How Does the Hyfrecator Work?

During treatment, the Hyfrecator device sends a small electrical current into your skin tag. The process may cause temporary discomfort and some redness. However, recovery and results are quick.

Skin Tag Removal Details:

• Skin tag removal may cause slight, temporary discomfort.
• After treatment, you may see redness around the treated area for 72 hours.
• Your skin tag will not be gone immediately. Instead, it will slowly dry out and slough off. The final results take about four weeks.
• In some cases, patients need a second treatment. If two treatments do not provide results, we will discuss further options.
